The Indovinya Trainee Program, a business division of Indorama Ventures PCL, has existed for over 30 years and its main objective is to train people with competitive advantages, who have innovative profiles and a focus on results.

How the Trainee Program works
Over a 12-month course planned and guided by executives and Human Resources professionals, the Indovinya trainees have an opportunity to:
- Get to know all the leaders of Indovinya’s business and functional areas:
- Visit industrial units
- Develop three strategic projects for three months each, in different areas, in job rotation
- Participate in technical and functional training for preparation and development throughout the program
- Evolve professionally in mentoring sessions with the executives and individual coaching sessions
- Job rotation opportunities can be at any of our units in Research and Development, Engineering, Industrial, Quality, Marketing, Field Marketing, and other areas

Requirements
- Must have graduated within last two years
- Advanced/fluent in English
- Availability for travel and to move to Houston, Texas, in the first three months of the program
Locations
Initially, the trainee will be located in São Paulo/SP, however, with job rotation, they will be able to carry out projects in any Indovinya in Brazil.
Stages of the selection process
To find the best professionals in the market who can progress in the company, trainee program goes through five stages. The starting stage is set for January of each year.
